Deck overview

This deck is an Abzan enchantress and stax strategy that grinds opponents out through asymmetric resource denial before closing with an overwhelming combat step. In the early turns, it accelerates mana with low-cost mana dorks and land auras, quickly establishing draw engines like Sythis, Harvest's Hand alongside oppressive lock pieces like Collector Ouphe and Rule of Law. These stax pieces shut off opposing fast mana and prevent spell chaining while your enchantress engines generate continuous card advantage. Although Myrkul, Lord of Bones sits in the command zone to turn dying creatures into permanent enchantments, the deck operates independently through strong standalone win conditions such as Hallowed Haunting, Starfield of Nyx, and Moonshaker Cavalry. You protect your developing board with Sterling Grove, Greater Auramancy, and Silence effects. Once you lock the table out of meaningful responses, you pivot into lethal flying spirit swarms or overrun damage to finish the game across two attack cycles.
