Deck overview

Muddle, the Ever-Changing is an Izzet spells-and-tokens commander built to turn a nonlegendary utility creature into a myriad threat. The primary plan is to cast a cheap instant or sorcery, let Muddle copy Combat Celebrant, then have Rionya, Fire Dancer create more myriad copies of that same creature and chain extra combat phases for lethal damage. A secondary Breath of Fury + Brudiclad + Determined Iteration line produces endless extra combats with growing tokens. Rionya and Brudiclad serve as hidden commanders: each supports a distinct winning package. Storm-Kiln Artist and Goldspan Dragon provide spell-based mana, while the deck can also win through copied spells and token swarms when the combo pieces are absent.
