Deck overview

This is a dedicated Izzet storm deck helmed by Prismari, the Inspiration, a 7-mana Elder Dragon that grants storm to every instant and sorcery you cast. The plan is to accelerate into Prismari, then chain rituals, loot spells, and cantrips under the storm umbrella until a lethal Brain Freeze mills the table. A dense flashback and escape package-Underworld Breach, Past in Flames, Lier, Disciple of the Drowned, Return the Past, and Will of the Jeskai-lets the deck reload the same spells from the graveyard for enormous storm counts. A suite of "prepared" dual-faced creatures supplies extra spell copies, bodies, and incremental value while cost reducers (Goblin Electromancer, Arcane Melee) and treasure engines (Storm-Kiln Artist) keep the chain affordable. Secondary reach comes from storm-copied burn such as Explosive Welcome and Blast of Genius. The deck plays as a classic glass-cannon storm list: quiet setup, then one explosive turn that ends the game.
