Deck overview

Aggro-equipment voltron built around Dwalin, Weaponmaster's hone-counter engine. The primary plan is to put Dwalin early, stack cheap Equipment (Bone Saw, Shuko, Leather Armor) so each attack permanently increases his power, then add a double-strike enabler (Dain Ironfoot, Reyav, or Brass Knuckles) and kill one opponent per combat via 21 commander damage. The backup path is a Dwarf-token go-wide strategy using Fili the Pathfinder, An Unexpected Party, and The Lonely Mountain. Dwalin is both the engine and finisher; no hidden commander exists, but Bruenor, Reyav, and Dain act as lieutenants that raise the ceiling.
