Deck overview

This Jeskai Human tribal deck is helmed by Eowyn, Shieldmaiden, a powerful token generator that rewards you for having another Human enter the battlefield before combat each turn. The core strategy is to flood the board with Human tokens, pump them with anthems like Cathars' Crusade and Shared Animosity, and close out games through overwhelming combat damage supplemented by Impact Tremors-style ETB pings. Extra combat steps from Eomer, Marshal of Rohan and Combat Celebrant accelerate the clock, while a handful of protective instants keep the board alive through wipes. The deck is a midrange aggro build that aims to win around turn 8-9 by chaining multiple combat phases or accumulating a critical mass of tokens with anthem support.
