Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Itazura, Lingering Wick is a chaos draw engine that turns the top of your library into cards while potentially dealing incidental damage. The deck is built around a battlecruiser plan: ramp with mana rocks and Mana Flare, deploy large threats like Etali, Pathrazer of Ulamog, and Ancient Copper Dragon, then use extra turns, Omniscience, and haste enablers to push through lethal combat damage or a huge Chandra's Ignition. It also plays group-hug and theft effects that can double as political tools, but its real strength is accruing card advantage and raw mana rather than executing a compact combo.
