Deck overview

This deck is an Esper Enchantress Voltron strategy commanded by Arna Kennerud, Skycaptain. It ramps early with 2-mana artifacts and cost reducers before casting Arna on Turn 3 or 4. Once Arna attacks with attached Auras or Equipment, its ability doubles counters and creates duplicate tokens of every attached permanent. This causes power and toughness to scale exponentially with Auras like All That Glitters and Ethereal Armor, or enables one-shot infect eliminations with Phyresis. A robust card-draw engine driven by classic enchantresses ensures a full grip, while duplicate triggers from Sheltered by Ghosts and Doomwake Giant continually clear opposing boards. Dedicated protection spells like Teferi's Protection and Shielded by Faith keep key threats alive, and mass recursion spells like Retether and Mantle of the Ancients quickly rebuild the board after sweepers.
