Deck overview

This deck is a Sultai graveyard-centric midrange engine helmed by Teval, the Balanced Scale. It combines self-mill, lands-matter ramp, and aristocrat payoffs into a resilient strategy. In the early turns, the deck accelerates its mana and fills the graveyard with cards like Hedron Crab, Life from the Loam, and Stitcher's Supplier. Teval enters the battlefield by Turn 3 and attacks on Turn 4 to mill cards, ramp lands, and generate 2/2 Zombie Druid tokens whenever cards leave the graveyard. The midgame pivots into overwhelming board presence and life drain using Living Death, Syr Konrad, the Grim, The Scarab God, and sacrifice loops with Gravecrawler and Phyrexian Altar. Packed with flexible interaction, proactive hatebears like Dauthi Voidwalker and Notion Thief, and redundant recursion engines like Muldrotha, the Gravetide and Six, the deck maintains strong card flow and reliably closes games around Turn 6.
