Format: Commander

Commander: Itazura, Lingering Wick

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This is a U/R "big-mana Eldrazi and theft" deck that uses Itazura, Lingering Wick as a repeatable top-of-library engine, but the real muscles are in the 99. The deck accelerates with mana rocks and rituals, then deploys Eldrazi titans through a mix of hard-casting, Sneak Attack, Indomitable Creativity, and Polymorph. Etali, Primal Storm acts as a hidden commander, chaining free spells off attacks, while annihilator triggers strip boards for It That Betrays to steal. The primary win is combat: damage doublers like Dictate of the Twin Gods and Overblaze turn a single 10/10 hit into 40, Blightsteel Colossus ends a player with infect, and Insurrection or Mob Rule can steal an entire table's board for one alpha strike. Itazura's upkeep trigger supplies card flow and a political damage threat, though it carries the real cost of giving an opponent first pick from your top three cards.
