So Icy by mrich2029

Format: Commander

Commander: Hylda of the Icy Crown

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Hylda of the Icy Crown is the deck's engine and its only commander face; there is no hidden commander or transforming required. The primary plan is to slow the battlefield with tap spells, stun counters, and tap-on-entry creatures, then convert every opponent creature you tap into a 4/4 Elemental token or extra cards. Secondary paths are a flyer beatdown package (Icefall Regent, Icingdeath, Frost Tyrant, Dreamshackle Geist) and a stun-lock grind with Time of Ice, Floodpits Drowner, and Grappling Kraken. A resilient Azorius control core-Sharae of Numbing Depths, Verity Circle, Ojutai Exemplars-keeps the deck alive if Hylda is answered and can grind out card advantage.
