Deck overview

This deck is a high-speed mono-black combo deck built around fast mana, unconditional tutors, and efficient reanimation. While Sahir, Visitor in Darkness sits in the command zone providing passive card advantage through incidental self-damage, the main engine focuses on assembling game-ending combos by Turn 3. The primary line uses Entomb effects to place Hoarding Broodlord or Vilis, Broker of Blood into the graveyard, reanimating them cheaply to tutor and cast Saw in Half and Peer into the Abyss. Drawing deep into the library enables redundant, deterministic sacrifice loops with Warren Soultrader, Forsaken Miner, and Blood Artist, or the instant-kill pairing of Bloodchief Ascension and Mindcrank. Backed by free creature removal and proactive hand disruption, the deck races opposing strategies with format-ceiling speed and high operational consistency.
