Deck overview

This deck is a high-powered Sultai combo build focused on exploiting the activated abilities of Elf creatures in the graveyard using Thranduil, the Elvenking and Necrotic Ooze. By utilizing a mana base completely free of basic lands, a single activation of Hermit Druid mills the entire library into the graveyard. From there, Thranduil or Necrotic Ooze combines the untap mechanic of Devoted Druid with the power buff of Greenhilt Trainee to generate infinite mana and infinite power, closing the game immediately through Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord's life-loss ability. Supported by elite creature tutors like Buried Alive and Entomb, rapid mana acceleration, and a top-tier interaction suite featuring Force of Will, Fierce Guardianship, and Allosaurus Shepherd, the deck presents a fast, resilient, and highly protected Turn 4 win condition.
