Magneto X of Swords by Arkwell

Format: Commander

Commander: Balan, Wandering Knight

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This Mono-White Equipment Voltron deck is helmed by Balan, Wandering Knight, whose first strike and conditional double strike make her an ideal commander damage threat. The deck piles up cheap equipment, cost reducers, and tutor effects to suit up Balan quickly, then uses her activated ability to attach everything at once. Secondary carriers like Cloud, Midgar Mercenary, Kemba, Kha Regent, and Armored Skyhunter keep the plan alive if Balan is removed. The win condition is straightforward - commander damage - with backup from the Cat token army (Kemba, Kha Regent) and massive life swings from lifelink equipment. The deck is built to rebuild through wipes with recursion spells like Sun Titan, Mantle of the Ancients, and Brilliant Restoration.
