Valgavoth by TheGoofOne

Format: Commander

Commander: Valgavoth, Harrower of Souls

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Valgavoth, Harrower of Souls leads a group slug and punishment strategy designed to squeeze life totals each turn. The deck establishes passive pingers such as Roiling Vortex, Underworld Dreams, and Razorkin Needlehead to trigger Valgavoth reliably on every opponent's turn. This generates massive card advantage while growing Valgavoth into a lethal airborne threat. To close out games, the deck amplifies its incremental damage using damage doublers like Solphim, Mayhem Dominus and Torbran, Thane of Red Fell, or resolves devastating life-halving effects like Grievous Wound, Wound Reflection, and Unstoppable Slasher to eliminate players in rapid succession.
