Three Hobbits in an Eldrazy trench coat by user7983246

Format: Commander

Commander: The Notary Hobbits

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

The Notary Hobbits is a mono-green token-and-ramp commander that creates two nonlegendary copies of itself on entry, turning every Halfling into a mana dork. The deck's primary plan is to flood the board with tokens and mana, then cast huge Eldrazi or Hydra finishers, often with haste or extra turns. The commander's tap ability adds {C} for each Halfling, so the deck leans into Halfling tokens, changelings, and copy effects to generate explosive colorless mana. Secondary paths include Finale of Devastation for a huge haste swing, Ugin's ultimate to chain colorless spells, and Rise of the Eldrazi for an extra turn. The hidden commander is Ugin, Eye of the Storms, which turns every colorless spell into removal and card advantage.
