Deck overview

Hinata, Dawn-Crowned leads a Jeskai spellslinger-control deck built around making every targeted spell dramatically cheaper while taxing opponents' targeted spells. The primary plan is to develop token-making engines, control the board with cheap X spells and counters, then assemble the Reality Spasm/Soulfire Grand Master/Voracious Bibliophile loop to draw the library and finish with Comet Storm. Secondary plans are a flying token beatdown and big-X burn. There is no true hidden commander, though the deck leans on support legends such as Kykar, Talrand, and Lier. The commander is the key cost-reducer and tax piece; the deck still functions without it, but slower.
