Deck overview

This deck features Zndrsplt, Eye of Wisdom and Okaun, Eye of Chaos as partner commanders leading a coin-flip voltron and card-advantage strategy. The primary game plan accelerates into Krark's Thumb using a rich suite of artifact tutors such as Fabricate, Tribute Mage, and Muddle the Mixture. With the Thumb in play, flip-win probabilities rise to 75%, allowing combat triggers to rapidly inflate Okaun into a lethal combat threat while Zndrsplt draws large volumes of cards. The deck closes games through unblockable commander combat damage, extra combats via Seize the Day, or table-wide burns with Chandra's Ignition. Protective equipment like Lightning Greaves and Commander's Plate shields the commanders from targeted interaction, while clone effects such as Sakashima of a Thousand Faces and Spark Double multiply trigger volume. Backup routes leverage The Locust God and Niv-Mizzet, Parun to capitalize on high-draw turns.
