Deck overview

This Orzhov deck leverages Burakos, Party Leader and Folk Hero to create an aggressive typal engine centered on the party mechanic. Because Burakos counts as all four party classes (Cleric, Rogue, Warrior, and Wizard), assembling a full party requires only three other creatures or changelings. Each attack with Burakos generates substantial Treasure mana while draining opposing life totals, and Folk Hero turns nearly every creature spell into fresh card draw. The deck translates this steady influx of cards and mana into explosive combat finishes using team-wide pump effects like Akroma's Will, Mirror Entity, and Jazal Goldmane, supported by aristocrat drain triggers from Zulaport Cutthroat and Nadier's Nightblade. With robust protective creatures safeguarding the board from board wipes and premium Orzhov removal keeping opposing threats in check, the deck operates as a resilient, synergistic combat-midrange strategy.
