Deck overview

This Rakdos deck is an aggressive Treasure-based burn and aristocrats strategy commanded by Shadow the Hedgehog. The game plan revolves around rapidly generating artifact tokens through efficient creatures and enchantments like Captain Lannery Storm, Professional Face-Breaker, Xorn, and Descent into Avernus. Once a substantial mana reserve is built, the deck pivots into decisive table-wide finishers. It closes games either by casting catastrophic burn spells such as Crackle with Power and Exsanguinate, or by converting Treasure sacrifices into fatal life loss through drain pingers like Mirkwood Bats and Marionette Master. Shadow the Hedgehog serves a dual role: its passive draw ability refuels the hand whenever haste or flash creatures perish, while its Chaos Control ability grants Split Second to spells cast with artifact mana, effectively making key plays uncounterable. Supported by free interaction like Deflecting Swat and Deadly Rollick, the deck executes a rapid, resilient, and explosive win condition.
