Deck overview

This Jeskai deck pairs Ishai, Ojutai Dragonspeaker and Jeska, Thrice Reborn to execute an explosive commander-damage strategy backed by an artifact synergy shell. Ishai naturally scales in power as opponents cast spells during the early turns. Once Ishai reaches four or more power, Jeska enters the battlefield and uses her [0] loyalty ability to triple Ishai's combat damage, turning single combat swings into lethal 21-point commander-damage eliminations. Alongside this Voltron plan, the 99 contains an artifact engine that generates token fodder through cards like Sai, Master Thopterist and Saheeli, Sublime Artificer, as well as an infinite mana combo via Isochron Scepter and Dramatic Reversal. The deck operates primarily at sorcery speed during deployment and depends on resolving its commanders sequentially. While its single-target burst damage is terrifying, it remains vulnerable to well-timed creature removal and relies on natural draws to find its countermagic.
