Deck overview

This deck is an Izzet Artifact Voltron strategy helmed by Tony Stark // The Invincible Iron Man. In the early game, Tony Stark drops on Turn 2 to dig four cards deep each turn for high-cost artifacts and Equipment while ramping up mana with efficient cost reducers and mana rocks. On Turn 5, Tony transforms for {4}{U}{R} into The Invincible Iron Man, an evasive 5/5 flying haste threat that cheats massive Equipment into play directly attached to himself at the start of combat. Key pieces like Aettir and Priwen, Argentum Armor, and Hulkbuster Armor allow him to threaten lethal commander damage immediately. Backup win conditions like Cyberdrive Awakener and Master Transmuter ensure table pressure remains high if the commander is removed.
