General Myrel by Djerid

Format: Commander

Commander: Myrel, Shield of Argive

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

A mono-white Soldier tribal deck built around Myrel, Shield of Argive. The primary plan is to cast Myrel, attack to trigger her token-generating ability, and convert that growing Soldier army into lethal combat damage with anthem effects and equipment. Secondary lines use token surge spells like Deploy to the Front and Finale of Glory to recover if Myrel is unavailable. The deck packs a deep interaction suite for artifacts, enchantments, and nonbasic lands, plus blink and indestructible effects to protect its commander and key pieces. This is a fair, combat-focused build that relies on exponential token growth rather than combos.
