Deck overview

This deck is a Mono-Green Landfall Stompy strategy commanded by Ashaya, Soul of the Wild. The primary game plan focuses on rapid land ramp in the opening turns, deploying Ashaya by Turn 4. Ashaya turns every nontoken creature on your battlefield into a Forest land, which supercharges your mana production, triggers landfall abilities whenever a creature enters, and naturally blanks popular nonland wipe spells like Cyclonic Rift. The deck uses this massive mana base to trigger high-impact landfall generators such as Avenger of Zendikar, Scute Swarm, and Greensleeves, Maro-Sorcerer, or to cast burst draw spells like Rishkar's Expertise and Return of the Wildspeaker. From there, it tutors for decisive overrun finishers like Craterhoof Behemoth or Finale of Devastation to close out the game through overwhelming combat damage, while also threatening infinite landfall and mana loops via Quirion Ranger.
