Format: Commander

Commander: Loki, God of Mischief

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a mono-blue mill deck helmed by Loki, God of Mischief, who turns every targeting activation - from the horde of Persistent Petitioners to landfall triggers - into an extra card each turn. The primary win condition is milling all opponents through repeated Advisor taps, landfall crabs, and the amplifying ability of The Water Crystal. A secondary self-mill line via Thassa's Oracle / Laboratory Maniac / Jace, wielder of Mysteris provides an alternate kill, though the deck lacks tutors to find it consistently. The commander is a supplemental draw engine; the core plan works without it. The deck packs a modest interaction suite of counterspells and a few removal spells, but its speed and consistency are low due to the lack of real tutors and reliance on a slow, incremental mill strategy.
