Auntie Ool Cursed Goblins by franz_sanchez

Format: Commander

Commander: Auntie Ool, Cursewretch

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Auntie Ool, Cursewretch is a Jund -1/-1 counter engine. The commander turns every counter placement into either a card for you or a life-loss tax on opponents. The primary plan is to generate tokens through Hapatra, Nest of Scarabs, and Flourishing Defenses, then convert those tokens into cards and damage with Yawgmoth and Blood Artist. The main finisher is the Grumgully, the Generous persist loop with Persistent Constrictor and Goblin Bombardment, with Tree of Perdition plus Soul Immolation as a fast two-card kill. Grumgully acts as a hidden commander because most of the deck's combo lines run through it. The backup plan uses wither, proliferate, and drain effects to outvalue opponents.
