Deck overview

This Simic deck is led by Aloy, Savior of Meridian, focusing on artifact creature synergies and high-tempo mana cheating. The core game plan accelerates mana on Turns 1–2, establishes large artifact creatures on Turn 3, and deploys Aloy on Turn 4. Beginning on Turn 5, every combat step triggers Aloy's Discover ability to cast massive nonland spells directly from the library without paying mana costs, scaling with the highest power among attacking artifact creatures. The deck leverages high-stat beaters like Traxos, Scourge of Kroog, Krang, Utrom Warlord, and Simulacrum Synthesizer Construct tokens to chain free mid- and late-game bombs onto the board. Supported by a robust suite of efficient blue counterspells, protection spells like Heroic Intervention, and asymmetric sweepers like Cyclonic Rift, the deck closes games between Turns 6 and 7 by overwhelming the table through combat evasion, trample, and myriad tokens.
