Hashaton V2 by R14N

Format: Commander

Commander: Hashaton, Scarab's Fist

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Hashaton, Scarab's Fist is the engine of an Esper discard-reanimator deck. The primary plan is to discard high-impact creature cards through cheap looters and spellshapers, paying {2}{U} to turn each one into a 4/4 black Zombie token that keeps the discarded card's enters-trigger abilities. Secondary paths are classic graveyard reanimation with Tortured Existence, Undertaker, Oversold Cemetery, and Sheoldred, plus a controlling shell of counterspells, Archon of Emeria effects, and flexible removal. Hashaton turns every discard into a threat; without casting it the deck slows dramatically but still functions. Rona's front face is a useful looter, but no other card acts as a hidden commander.
