Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This Grixis control-combo deck grinds value with Kefka, Court Mage and wins through flicker-copy loops. You build around the front face {2}{U}{B}{R} 4/5 - it makes each player discard on enter or attack and you draw for each card type discarded. The back face Kefka, Ruler of Ruin 5/7 with flying that draws cards equal to life opponents lose on your turn costs {8} to transform and is rarely used; it is late-game upside, not the plan. Primary wins are Dualcaster Mage plus Ghostly Flicker or Essence Flux plus Saw in Half or Electroduplicate for infinite ETBs and mana, and Burnt Offering plus Pinnacle Monk plus Saw in Half for infinite recursion. The secondary win is Rionya, Fire Dancer plus Combat Celebrant for infinite combats. Rionya and Displacer Kitten act as hidden commanders for those engines.
