Deck overview

This Mardu aggro deck wins through wide combat. Tsagan, Raider Warlord rewards first strike and double strike, giving the team +1/+0 per such creature on each attack and granting deathtouch and team first strike at max speed. You build a board of cheap first strikers, token makers, and speed payoffs, then use extra combats and anthem stacking to deal 40 damage to each opponent in sequence. Secondary paths use token swarm from Adeline, Anim Pakal, and Caesar doubled by Isshin and Windcrag Siege, plus damage amplifiers like Far Fortune and Lightning. Tsagan is the central anthem and speed payoff, not a combo piece.
