Deck overview

This deck is a high-powered competitive mono-black turbo storm and reanimation engine commanded by K'rrik, Son of Yawgmoth. It converts life into mana to bypass black casting costs, enabling rapid deployment of explosive win enablers on Turns 1 and 2. The primary win lines revolve around tutoring Hoarding Broodlord with Saw in Half, drawing large portions of the library with Peer into the Abyss or Vilis, Broker of Blood, or assembling an infinite drain loop with Chainer, Dementia Master, Gray Merchant of Asphodel, and Viscera Seer. Backed by format-ceiling fast mana and premier tutors, the deck achieves decisive same-turn victories while running potent disruption like Opposition Agent and Orcish Bowmasters to suppress faster or interactive opponents.
