Deck overview

This deck is a high-power Rakdos burn and combo shell commanded by Ob Nixilis, Captive Kingpin. The primary game plan revolves around deploying cheap pingers and taxing enchantments that deal exactly 1 damage to opponents whenever they take ordinary game actions like tapping lands, drawing cards, or casting spells. Each trigger grows Ob Nixilis and exiles cards for card advantage, quickly digging into deterministic win conditions. The deck primarily closes games through an infinite damage loop with All Will Be One and the commander, or via the compact Dualcaster Mage and Twinflame infinite token attack sequence. Fast mana rituals and black tutors ensure the deck reliably threatens game closure around Turn 5. While the deck possesses explosive velocity and lethal inevitability, it runs minimal reactive interaction and protection spells, making it vulnerable to well-timed removal directed at its commander.
