Deck overview

This deck is a Selesnya 'vanilla matters' aggro build helmed by Jasmine Boreal of the Seven. The game plan revolves around deploying high-statted creatures with no abilities—such as Gigantosaurus, Kalonian Tusker, and Indomitable Ancients—at an accelerated pace using Jasmine's dedicated two-mana ramp. Because Jasmine grants all vanilla creatures unblockability against creatures with abilities, the deck easily bypasses traditional board stalls and token walls in Commander. Mass pump effects such as Beastmaster Ascension, Muraganda Petroglyphs, and Ruxa, Patient Professor scale the combat math quickly, turning ordinary french-vanilla bodies into lethal threats. The deck relies on solid single-target removal like Swords to Plowshares and protective spells like Unbreakable Formation to sustain its beatdown curve. While vulnerable to board wipes and lacking fast combo finishes, it delivers consistent, evasive pressure in mid-power multiplayer pods.
