Deck overview

This deck is a high-velocity Jeskai spellslinger and prowess aggro-combo engine piloted by Narset, Enlightened Exile. The strategy centers on assembling low-cost ramp and cantrips during the early turns to deploy Narset or a complementary token engine by Turn 4. Once established, Narset leverages combat to cast noncreature spells from any graveyard without paying their mana costs, granting the entire team prowess. Chaining low-cost cantrips, rituals, and wheel effects like Wheel of Fortune and Windfall generates massive mana velocity via Storm-Kiln Artist and Kykar, Wind's Fury while producing evasive token armies with Talrand, Sky Summoner and Murmuring Mystic. Direct burn outlets such as Guttersnipe, Vivi Ornitier, and Caldera Pyremaw rapidly erode opposing life totals, supported by recursion from Underworld Breach and Lier, Disciple of the Drowned. Dedicated protection pieces like Teferi's Protection, Flawless Maneuver, and Teferi, Time Raveler ensure the deck executes its explosive Turn 5 onset and closes out the table by Turn 6.
