Deck overview

This Sultai graveyard deck uses Teval, Arbiter of Virtue to convert self-milled cards into explosive mana acceleration. Teval grants delve to every spell in the deck, allowing generic mana costs to be paid by exiling cards from the graveyard. Early turns focus on filling the graveyard with efficient cards like Stitcher's Supplier, Grisly Salvage, and Glimpse the Unthinkable while establishing mana fixing. Once Teval enters the battlefield, large haymakers like Vilis, Broker of Blood, Beledros Witherbloom, and Lich's Mastery can be cast for just their colored mana requirements. Although casting spells causes life loss equal to their mana values, Teval's 6/6 flying lifelink body and life-equalizing cards like Repay in Kind and Exsanguinate turn this drawback into an offensive engine. The deck finishes games by draining the table or overwhelming opponents with massive creatures. Graveyard hate and mass exile represent its primary vulnerabilities.
