Storm, Windrider by gsxrmike04

Format: Commander

Commander: Storm, Windrider

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Storm, Windrider leads a Selesnya control-combat deck that weaponizes flying as both a defensive pillowfort and an offensive evasion tool. Storm's passive stops flying creatures from attacking you, while his trigger grants flying to any creature you target, making your protection spells double as unblockable enablers. The core plan is to stall opponents with Magus of the Moat, Ghostly Prison, and similar tax effects, then deploy a critical mass of high-power threats and finish with Craterhoof Behemoth or Finale of Devastation for X 10. The deck also packs a dense suite of single-target protection instants and a handful of board-level save effects to survive wipes and push through lethal combat.
