Deck overview

This Raffine, Scheming Seer deck is a turbo-reanimator control list with a hidden Phage-combo finish. The primary game plan is to fill the graveyard through connive (Raffine's attack trigger), discard outlets, and entomb effects, then reanimate Phage the Untouchable while a "can't lose" effect (Darksteel Angel or Angel's Grace) is active. From there, Fractured Identity or Endless Whispers gives Phage to each opponent, whose enterthe-battlefield trigger kills them. The deck also packs a robust reanimation package (Reanimate, Animate Dead, Living Death, Dread Return) and powerful generic threats like Razaketh, the Foulblooded and Consecrated Sphinx as alternative paths. Raffine serves as a consistent card-advantage engine, letting the deck churn through its library to assemble the combo pieces while also fueling graveyard synergies.
