Deck overview

This is a high-variance Izzet spellslinger deck built around Rootha, Mastering the Moment, who converts each turn's biggest instant or sorcery into an X/X flying, haste Elemental at combat. The core plan is to cast a large spell, then chain the deck's six extra-combat spells (Relentless Assault, Full Throttle, World at War, Savage Beating, Great Train Heist, Overpowering Attack) - each new combat re-triggers Rootha, stacking a fresh flying haste token and re-swinging the whole army in the same turn. Backup token engines (Manaform Hellkite, Rionya, Fire Dancer, Brudiclad, Telchor Engineer, Magnus the Red) keep the plan alive if Rootha is answered. A secondary, off-axis win is Knuckles the Echidna's 30-artifact alternate condition, fed by Storm-Kiln Artist treasure generation. The deck is explosive but slow to set up, with almost no stack interaction.
