Format: Commander

Commander: Emet-Selch, Unsundered // Hades, Sorcerer of Eld

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Emet-Selch aims to fill its graveyard with self-mill and discard, then transform into Hades, Sorcerer of Eld to play cards from the graveyard every turn. The front face provides early card advantage and fuels the yard; the back face is the deck's engine and finish. Primary wins are opponent-mill through Cut Your Losses, Fleet Swallower, Riverchurn Monument, and Singularity Rupture, with a secondary beatdown path using reanimated threats like Archon of Cruelty and Hullbreaker Horror. Cloud of Faeries plus Deadeye Navigator offers an infinite-mana outlet for explosive turns. Emet-Selch of the Third Seat acts as a hidden commander, discounting and recasting spells from the graveyard. The deck is heavily graveyard-combo oriented and vulnerable to grave hate.
