Hail to the Queen by TheUrDragonMaster

Format: Commander

Commander: Queen Marchesa

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This Mardu (RWB) deck helmed by Queen Marchesa centers on the monarch mechanic, aiming to seize the crown early and generate relentless value. It deploys multiple monarch enablers (Court of Ambition, Court of Grace, etc.) and payoffs that pressure opponents while drawing extra cards each turn. The primary win condition is combat attrition-using Scourge of the Throne for lethal extra combat steps, Djeru and Hazoret to cheat out legendary threats, and recurring creatures via Moira and Teshar or Sorin, Vengeful Bloodlord. A heavy suite of board wipes and removal (Ruinous Ultimatum, Blood Money) controls the table, while Grave Pact forces sacrifices. The deck functions as a grindy, attrition control strategy that transitions into overwhelming value.
