Deck overview

This deck is a Simic Elf tribal and voting politics midrange deck commanded by Círdan the Shipwright. The primary strategy focuses on deploying early mana elves to cast Círdan ahead of curve on Turn 4. Círdan's Secret Council ability creates favorable voting scenarios where you either draw multiple cards or drop expensive threats directly onto the battlefield for free. The deck leverages voting synergies like Erestor of the Council and Model of Unity, along with scry mechanics from Galadriel of Lothlórien, Celeborn the Wise, and Elvish Mariner. You convert early ramp and card flow into an imposing board state with go-wide Elf payoffs like Door of Destinies, Elrond of the White Council, and Sylvan Offering. Because the deck relies on traditional combat without infinite combos or mass overrun effects, it closes the game over several combat steps by overwhelming opponents with tall and wide attackers.
