Deck overview

This Golgari deck operates an aristocrats and lifegain engine focused on swarming the board with Pests, Insects, Spiders, and Snakes. Led by Blech, Loafing Pest, every lifegain trigger distributes +1/+1 counters across your kindred token army. The primary game plan creates wide token boards using engines like Sedgemoor Witch and Beledros Witherbloom, then leverages repeated lifegain from death triggers or combat to rapidly inflate creature stats. Secondary win conditions bypass combat entirely through burn-drain outlets such as Dina, Soul Steeper, Vito, Thorn of the Dusk Rose, and Plumb the Forbidden. Heavy sacrifice utility and recursive engines grind down opposing life totals across extended multiplayer games.
