Bruvac the Grandiloquent doubles each mill, turning half-library spells into one-shot kills. The deck accelerates the plan with multiple Bruvac copies, Persistent Petitioners for incremental mill, and a counter-heavy suite to protect its line. It can win by resolving a single half-mill spell with Bruvac in play, or by building a Thrumming Stone chain of Petitioners.
