Deck overview

Shang-Chi and the Ten Rings rewards every draw with a +1/+1 counter and eventually provides five cards and five life. The deck supports that plan with cheap cantrips, symmetrical draw engines, counter payoffs, evasive creatures, and a moderate suite of interaction. Toothy, Imaginary Friend, Chasm Skulker, Psychic Corrosion, and Psychosis Crawler turn card flow into board presence or incremental pressure. The main problem is that the deck needs several separate permanent roles: the commander, a repeatable draw source, a payoff, and often an evasion effect. Its tutors do not reliably find those roles, and its protection is not dense enough to force the engine through disruption. The deck can generate a large hand and a threatening counter board, but it has no compact deterministic kill or total lock. Its ordinary game is a slow value plan that may dominate a casual table if unanswered, rather than a reliable competitive finish.
