This deck is a high-velocity Grixis exile-theft and impulse storm deck commanded by The Madcap Jester. Its primary strategy accelerates out the commander on Turn 3 using fast mana rocks and rituals, then resolves mass library-exile effects such as Tasha's Hideous Laughter on Turn 4. Because The Madcap Jester allows playing cards exiled from opponents' libraries using mana of any type until the end of your next turn, a single resolution unlocks 20 to 30 spells from across the table.
