This deck is a Rakdos burn and spellslinger strategy commanded by Kuja, Genome Sorcerer. Kuja builds a board of 0/1 black Wizard tokens that deal 1 damage to each opponent whenever you cast a noncreature spell. Once you control four Wizards, Kuja transforms into Trance Kuja, Fate Defied, doubling all damage dealt by your Wizards. The deck supports this game plan with low-cost burn spells, efficient removal, and group-slug enchantments like Sulfuric Vortex. It draws cards through sacrifice effects like Deadly Dispute and refill spells such as Wheel of Potential.
