Commander: Yidris, Maelstrom Wielder

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This is a four-color cascade value-engine deck helmed by Yidris, Maelstrom Wielder, aiming to connect with Yidris in combat and then chain spells with cascade to bury opponents in card advantage and free permanents. The deck also packs a secondary "cast from exile" theme with Prosper, Tome-Bound, Faldorn, Dread Wolf Herald, Laelia, the Blade Reforged, and Urabrask, Heretic Praetor, creating a robust engine that functions even without Yidris. The primary win path is overwhelming board presence through repeated cascade triggers, culminating in game-ending spells like Apex Devastator, Maelstrom Wanderer, or Etali, Primal Conqueror. Nexus of Fate provides a single extra turn to seal the game, and Underworld Breach enables recursion loops for additional gas.
