Deck overview

This is a high-tide Izzet storm deck helmed by Prismari, the Inspiration, whose static ability grants storm to every instant and sorcery you cast. The deck aims to chain cheap rituals, cantrips, and cost reducers into a critical mass of spells, then finish with a storm payoff such as Grapeshot, Brain Freeze, or Aetherflux Reservoir. The commander dramatically accelerates the storm count by copying each spell, turning even a modest chain into a lethal wave. Secondary win conditions include Thassa's Oracle or Laboratory Maniac after milling yourself with a stormed Brain Freeze, and Underworld Breach loops that recur rituals and cantrips for infinite storm. The deck is fast, redundant, and capable of winning from a low board presence, but it is vulnerable to graveyard hate and early disruption.
