Deck overview

This Mono-White deck is an engine-combo strategy commanded by Monk Gyatso. Its game plan revolves around exploiting Gyatso's airbend ability, which exiles another creature whenever it becomes the target of a spell or ability and allows its owner to recast it for {2}. By combining zero-mana repeatable targeting abilities from creatures like Nomads en-Kor or Equipment like Shuko with cost reducers such as Semblance Anvil or Urza's Incubator, the deck reduces the recast cost to zero. This generates an infinite cast and enter-the-battlefield loop. With payoff pieces like Circuit Mender, Glaring Fleshraker, or Altar of the Brood, this loop immediately draws the library and eliminates all three opponents in a single turn. To reach this setup safely, the deck employs high-velocity artifact mana alongside premier white stax pieces like Drannith Magistrate and silence protection like Grand Abolisher to suppress opponents until the combo is ready.
