This deck is a Sultai Voltron strategy commanded by Kotis, the Fangkeeper. It utilizes an efficient suite of 1-to-2 CMC ramp spells to deploy Kotis ahead of curve on Turn 3. Kotis comes with built-in indestructible, which invalidates standard damage and destroy-based board wipes. The deck layers evasion, power-boosting Auras, and Equipment onto Kotis to ensure clean attacks on Turn 4 and Turn 5. When Kotis connects, it triggers a powerful cascading theft ability, exiling the top X cards of the damaged opponent's library and casting every eligible nonland spell for free. This converts combat pressure directly into tempo and card advantage. Supported by cheap reactive protection like Slip Out the Back and passive hexproof equipment, Kotis steadily eliminates opponents one by one through 21 commander damage.
