Deck overview

This deck is a competitive mono-red combo deck commander by Magda, Brazen Outlaw. Its primary game plan is to deploy cheap one-mana Dwarves on early turns, tap them using combat or utility cards like Springleaf Drum and Vehicles to generate Treasure tokens, and reach five Treasures by Turn 4. Magda then sacrifices five Treasures to search the library for Clock of Omens, placing it directly onto the battlefield. Paired with an artifact Dwarf such as Universal Automaton or a permanent modified by Liquimetal Torque, Clock of Omens repeatedly untaps the Dwarf to generate infinite tapped and untapped Treasures. Magda then tutors the rest of the artifact and Dragon suite onto the battlefield, winning immediately through repeated Skarrgan Hellkite damage activations. The deck protects its combo using cheap interaction and redirection spells while slowing down opponents with targeted stax pieces.
